with 650, you can get a good set of tien's or brand new F2's If you want a setup that handles well on and off the street, i would look for a pair of Apexi Worldsports... but they are becoming rare now days... I think im the only one on the forum that is still riding a set of apexi WS's

spring and shock combos are easily attainable but for most people in this forum, they get tired of their rideheight and either want to raise it or lower it so i say get a pair of f2's. they are new for like 600

Maybe Ground Control coilover sleeves paired with a nice set of shocks like Tokico Illuminas or maybe even Tokico Blues. I think it's around that price total for everything.

You will get mixed oppinions on camber kits. Search around the forums and read people's opinions. I personally don't use one and I haven't ever. I'm running quite a bit of negative camber and I've only experienced very minimal uneven wear on my tires. I just make sure my toe is zeroed out.

Yes, just make sure the toe settings are at 0 or as close to 0 as possible. Obviously, you will still have camber wear but overall, the tire will wear fine.
