99 Honda Accord 2.3 ULEV-VTEC need air intake tube, for this engine (ca car)

Looking for air intake tube for a 99 Honda Accord 2.3 ULEV-VTEC eng. this is a calif car, it is a bit different than a normal one, it doesn"t have the side hole as for rest of the country.
