Adjusting a door

Does any one know how to go about adjusting a door? The driver door some rubs on the body pic for reference as to what I'm talking about. Thanks for any information in advance

was it hit? hinges may be bent

lift up on the door, listen to it. Any noise from the hinges?

pictures of the door closed? would like to see the panel fitment, striker may be in too far.
