Annoying seat problem!

This problem is annoying! How can I fix this without getting a new seat?

dumb question: it looks to me its the lower seat bracket, junk yard wont work?

 

That's not a dumb question RoadRage, Dnguyen211 like myself are newbies to the trouble shoot era.

 

I wasn't saying his question was dumb....I was saying perhaps my answer would be considered dumb as I was stating from the vid it seems to be the lower bracket portion that the seat sits on. and instead of buying a new seat, I was stating has he or she tried the junkyard. but after reading what I replied I can see how your reply popped up. my apologies. respectfully

 

I'm not sure what that vid is, but your looking for a worn or missing bushing or a loose bolt.

Took a locking washer and jammed and banged the **** out of it to get it in and now it's all good!! Thanks for the help
