Honda has recalled over a million Accords, Civics, and Odyssey’s as far back as 2001 for air bag inflators. Mine is on the list.

Check yours out and make sure to get it done if it is.

Yea....don't get me started on this one. This whole inflator thing is nothing but a pain in my ass since it started.

I had mine checked last year after 2 hours of wait time, the dealer told me my air bag was not listed under the recall and it was fine.
Now i go to the site and put my vin and this shows up:
    VIN:1HGCG16562A026456
    Year:2002 Make:Honda Model:Accord Sedan
    Last Updated:Mar 14, 2019 Number of Open Recalls:1

Should i just go make a appt with another dealer and get it checked out? to be on the safe side or no?

^Is that one open recall for the inflator? Whatever it is, definitely go in. Print out the web page and take it with you.

This recent one is like the 4th round of inflator recalls.

    08-093 - completed
    15-040 - completed
    14-045 - completed
    19-030 - needs completed

Also, FYI to anyone that has to take theirs in, unless the dealership (parts dept) are a bunch of morons, they should have the parts in stock. If they don't, they either ran out or their lazy and don't stock enough.
