anyone ever tried the front mount intake?

have any of you ever seen or tried the front mount cold air intake?

just wondering how it worked for anyone thats tried it or knows someone with one. looks ricey to me, like a fake intercooler. also all the exposure would make it seem to increase the chance for hydrolock.

its looks really ricey on the car i have seen pics of a 6th gen with them you can clearly tell its not a FMIC better off just getting a normal intake

and i dont see you getting that much horsepower outta that stupid little thing
