True, but what do you expect for a car/motor w/ only 9.3:1 compression? For you Cali and MD/VA + other east coasters where they actually check for that stuff you're better off just getting it in the first place instead of dealing w/ the hassles of inspection.

In other news, I passed the California State Referee Emissions check today with my DC header, Hi-Flow cat, and magnaflow exhaust.

Had to buy another ecu for $150 and get it programmed for another $200, and took out my CARBless intake out and put the stock air box back in. Now I have to get it signed off by traffic court. All this trouble and I was legal in the first place...*sighs*

Im a glass is half full kinda guy. Now I can drive with piece of mind, knowing Im 100% legal and cops have no reason to pull me over, unless IM driving like an a*s. Also I solved my smog dillema, that I eventually would of had to take care of later. so problem solved.

I tested for S.B. Sheriffs department a while back but pulled out because I was getting divorced and didn't want that to affect the outcome. Oh-well. Good luck to you though....
