B series TB on J32a2 lopey/surge idle?

I have a j32a2 6mt 98 accord

Stock 03 Cl ecu.

I have a skunk 2 b series 74mm Tb.

I'm getting the lopey surging idle after I give it gas.

I've tried to do the relearn procedure. Tried multiple different hoses. Could it be the throttle cable? Anybody have a b series TB on a J?

I have this adapter and the throttle cable plate.

My only other option is to use the stock j32 tb :-/

Any luck yet. I been tempted on buying that p2r plate adapter. Do you feel any gains with the 74mm throttle body.

I just made a thread in Tech.

I swapped back to CL stock TB, but it's Auto...not sure if that's my issue.

Idled fine! Had an issue with map sensor and it went into limp mode.
