Blackhoused + Morimoto mini retrofit

So I was going to just blackhoused but with the new release of the Morimoto mini retrofit kit, it is finally within my reach to do a hid retrofit.

I don't see many san marino red cars with blackhoused or retro on 6ga so I really don't know if it'll look good to blackhouse and retro. Only three I found on this site are Red02AccordV6_2 (retro, not blackhoused), Kurtage77 (blackhoused) and av6g6 (retro, not blackhoused I think).

Can I get some opinions on this? Ultimately, I'll decide but I wanna hear what others think. Would retro+blackhoused headlights look good on my car?

i think its redryder has his red housed... you could one up him and do red housed and projectors ... i think the red housed look awsome

lol yeah, I saw that redhousing but I didn't remember who did it. It looked badass to me at first but for some reason, it's just not for me / my car. Maybe if I can pickup some oem sets locally for cheap, I might try black housed first and another one just retro. Then mix them lol

I just haven't seen any non-stock san marino coupes in person except mine. We should have a 6ga meet sometime this summer!

Im up for a 6ga meet but... It depends on how close... I think Im gonna be going to import alliance this year again in nashville but I dunno if I wanna drive more than 8 hours to go to another meet.. lol

but after looking this site over I think Im gonna buy me sum brand new headlights re blackhouse em and start a retro for my self!

Hey, I vote morimoto plus blackhouse. Mine are blackhoused, but with gloss black paint, and only on the trim pieces. My low beam area and high beam area are still chrome. The side of the turn signal is also still chrome.
