Bumper coupe wars: 98-00 or 01-02?

When taking off the body kit on my 2000 I saw that scrapping a lot with the kit really messed up my bumper. Plus it has some missing screws.

I was wondering if I should consider coverting to 01-02 or staying 98-00 and just buying the screws needed.

I'm planning to add yellow fogs and a lip FYI. Choose which is the best and why.

good luck trying to finding fogs for 01-02 coupe bumpers, u have to get em oem and there like 250 i believe. with 98-00 u can do the 01-03 civics fogs or the 01-02 accord sedan fogs (with some minor customs)

I still prefer the OEM fogs for 98-00, plus the 98-00 bumper takes the OEM lip. And I don't like the sculpting lines they added below the headlights on the 01-02 bumper.

if you can get an OEM lip then get the 98 bumper. otherwise id get the 01 bumper, but yeah, fogs for the 01 are expensive

98-00 because the 01-02 doesn't look good with a lip

98-00. you'll have more options of lips and its easier to mod the sedan lips to fit and ofcourse, perfect fitrment for the oem lip
