Bumper with fog lights

Is it possible to put fog lights on a 2000 Accord ex sedan stock bumper? Or would I need to buy a bumper with them installed already?

Search is your friend here, but anything is possible, from simply bolting on aftermarket ones, to molding and trimming in ones to look factory. I can't link you just yet, but follow this:
