So I have a 2002 accord f23a1 manual and I'm wondering if I could just get the obd2 to obd1 jumper harness and pre tuned and chipped p28 ecu and just plug all that up and have it work? Or would I need to adjust the tune specifically for my car? This is the ecu I'm looking at that comes pre chipped and tuned
