Clock Screwy!

well the plug onli goes in one way.... and i think i have tried the bulb every possible direction

I soldered a Led on mine and the polarity was wrong so it didn't light up. try using a volt meter to see if the clock is getting voltage? Does the OEM bulb come with the socket as well?

both the led and the oem came with the socket... i didnt solder anything..... i can try the volt meter... but the clock works just not the light
