1) Power steering fluid needs to be filled up every 3-4 months. I looked for leaks in all the hoses, NOTHING. I bought car July 2011, put in fluid November, then had to put again this month. I still cant find any leaks anywhere.

2) Transmission going bad. (whats else is new with our cars?) Its not accelerating like it used to, and when i take my foot off gas, RPM's will drop below 1, then shoot back up. And i noticed i have to rev to almost 3 to get the car moving.

3) My Headlights are all wacky now. When i put on park lights, im fine. When i put on headlights, passenger side low beam and High beam come on, nothing on drive side works. When i turn on high beams, passenger low beam on, both high beams dim down, drive side low beam still off. I have HID's in both low beams. Not bought from ebay. I tried using various other 20A fuses i had, like for power seats, n windows. When i tried lights, i can hear fuse blow... And i cant see the blue high beam light come on in the speedo. n now my back power windows dont work :( (i'll replace all fuses tom)

4) Catalytic Converter no good. I was thinking of making it a strait pipe, i can pass emissions, i have a friend that does inspection for me. But then i'd have to bypass O2 sensors n stuff.....:explode:

What am i to do!!!??

could you have the lights connected wrong? 5 speed swap time. and rear window motor replacement (just reread, obviously you probably blew the fuse... so replace that and that problem is solved). the lights and windows could be an easy weekend DIY fix. the transmission is kind of a personal call. A lot of people on here do a 5 speed swap. others just fix it and hope it doesn't happen again for awhile.

delete power steering.

check all the wiring for the headlights. if youre popping fuses then you got a short somewhere.

go the junk yard and find a donor car for a 5 spd swap and do that.

if you got a buddy that will break the law for you.. then get a test pipe and full exhaust piping done. or just buy a new cat.

1-Add some UV dye to the power steering fluid, give it a day and get under the car and look using a black light for spots where the fluid is leaking. Look at all hoses, p/s rack etc.
Cost: 6-8$ for bottle of dye, and maybe max $20 for a black light

2-Any CELs on the car? if so post them up.
Have you drained/filled the tranny fluid? kept on top of maintenance such as plugs/wires/cap/rotor/pcv valve/air filter/fuel injector cleaner/cleaned the egr & tb?
Cost: ~

3-Take off your hid kit, and replace the two 20amp headlight fuses in the engine bay fuse box as one of them will be burned. Try the lights with normal 9006/9005 bulbs. They should work properly and your issue 99.9% is one of your ballasts(same thing happened to me before).
Cost: 0$ unless you have to buy normal 9005/9006 bulbs

3.5-Do the windows not work when you use the driver door jamb switches? each own doors switch on the rear? did you make sure the lock switch is turned off? could you have taken out a fuse while trying the headlights?

4-Why is the cat.converter no good? Does it rattle? Is it giving a p0420 code?
A cat.converter doesnt just go bad on its own...it either goes bad if you damaged it physically or if your engine is sending out unburned fuel. Nevertheless you can still put in a straight pipe and use an spark plug fouler on the o2 sensor to move it out of streams way...hence it'll read much less oxygen and tell the engine the cat.converter is working properly.
Cost: ~

^Rules state you must post why your issue is urgent, one slightly urgent item among several non-urgent items is not conducive to what this thread is for, and neither is the thread title. But all confusion aside, yes one working headlight is not safe to drive with. But, he does have foglights so that probably helps a little even though they are 8k. lol

Speaking of HID lighting, OP you should try going back to stock bulbs and see if that does anything for your headlight issues.
