Yes, i've looked through the past post and i still can't seem to find the problem with my car. I'm starting to dislike most of the problems of my car even though ive put all my hard work into my beauty yet she still throws me back something every 2 weeks or so. Every time i hit a small bump or something it does a clunk sound like if something was loose. I took off my tire checks my ball joints and all that and still nothing. I put on my stock rims and it still does the same noise , so im pulling my hair just trying to find the problem so if anyone has a step by step idea what i should do please help me out. I'm starting to get over these little problems, thinking about just ordering stock suspension and just keeping it stock. :eusa_doh:

i have the same problem and it's been going on for 2 years from both sides. from how many places i've taken it to and what not we've figured out that either my axles need to to be re-torqued down or they've binded and need to be replaced

put the stock suspension back on...the sound goes away? could it be something to do with the springs knocking?

Check all your ball joints, tie-rods, and endlinks that might be the cause to your issue

I checked and also took it to a local shop and nothing.

This just happened recently i was going to school and it had no clunking sound and when i was driving back home i started hearing the sound. I remember hitting a pothole on the way to school so maybe that wouldve made something come loose?

Are your top hats tight? Are you riding on old suspension. Is the shock leaking?

Nope F&F type one's , idk dont really know how to check my top hats kind of a nooby when it comes to that.

I've had the same problem for over a year on the driver's side. I hear it almost everyday, although sometimes I don't hear it, even over bumps. But I don't mind it anymore..

I'm not sure if all you guys are talking about the same noise...but i get something of a clunk (happens more when its really cold out) when braking at slow speeds or at times even when going over some bumps...to me it feels like its coming from front driver side. I've had it over 1 year now and have had endlinks replaced, and everything checked but nada. At this point i think it's either a bushing thats worn out and hence explains why it happens more when cold or just normal symptoms of a 10 year old car lol. I had it happen with stock suspension, with my old pads/rotors, with my new pads/rotors, with the Tein SS coils.
