coil plugs

hey guys tried to do tune up on my car today but when i was the removing the second spark plug i noticed the coil pack rubber tip was stuck inside and thus not letting me remove my spark plugs :darryl:

.how can i remove these rubber seals from inside also where to i get these coil packs?[aftermarket recommendations/mods i can do to improve this will really help].Currently car is misfiring and causing cel =[

Odd that it would fall off.
You may need to come up with a fishing rod - a straight thin piece of sheet metal like say the re-inforcement out of a window wiper blade, then bend about 1/10" of the tip back on itself - say about 170 degrees. Push that past the rubber to hook it then oull out.
