i have an 01 4 cylinder 5 speed. my cruise control doesn't work but my cc button lights up when i press it but the light on the dash doesn't come on when i use my steering wheel control. also when the cc button is off and im driving the light will randomly come on with out being pressed and if i press the cc button and turn the ignition off the car will stay running im not to sure what to make of this. any help tips or thoughts would be much appreciated thanks

Also have a 5 speed and my cruise didn't work. Friend with a 96 accord 5 speed cruise didn't work. Might just be a manual thing but not sure.

the light issue might be electrical
the CC not working might be due to a leak in the line
