Hey all,
First timer here and very new to hondas. I have a lifted 08 chevy truck2500 hd (pull my toyhauler) that i have been driving to work for a year and decided i needed a commuter. I looked at a few 300z', yeah i know, not much for commuting, but i needed better then 12mpg for my hour each way commute.
I bought an 01 accord v6 coupe with 139K on it. My problem is that its slammed. more so in the front. I think its been done by cutting springs (like we did in back in the day) but i am not sure. camber seems perfect, drives straight. My question is, its so slammed that i cant see the coils/struts. Is there a way to tell w/o taking off the wheel? He has aftermarket lugs on and i dont have the socket for it... time to buy a socket? I like the lowered look..to me it either needs to be lifted or slammed but i dont like the "raked" look..i prefer an even drop.
thanks for any insight..great site so far.. $plit
