Data logging wideband with android

I have an apsx d2 wideband gauge and I would like to be able to use my android head unit to data log rather than have to bring a laptop into the car.

The gauge uses an ASCII based signal emulator software program that interfaces the Wideband Digital Output software for it to generate the RPM based AFR graph.

Are there apps for android that can do the same thing and if so, what are they called?
