2001 accord sedan, f23a1 ex. i have in my hands a distributor cap made by MSD ignition. it has 5 leads and already knowing that four of the leads go to the spark plug wires. This 5th lead specifies it can be wired to an ignition coil for more performance. I had a 93 240sx ka24de, and it had a coil and five wires on a distributor. it needed the coil to start. used to be my kill switch was pull the wire out of the coil and no start. but on the accord, there is no coil. why doesnt it come with one, then a MSD ignition cap would have a lead for one?????????
