Look on adorama.com, they usually have good deals and so does bhphotovideo.com. The Digital Rebel XT and XTi are 2 different camera's, the XT is an older model with a smaller screen and lower resolution sensor. The XTi has a 2.5" screen, a 10.1 megapixel sensor and 9 autofocus points (versus the XT's 7). The XTi is a good camera (I own one) but you cant go wrong with the XT either.

XT is 8.1 mp actually. The XTI & XT both use the same sensor, the Digic II. Only different between the 2 is XTI stuffs 10.1 MP's on it. Optical quality is virtually identical except I have noticed the XTI can suffer at times from grainier pictures due to 10.1 on a 8.1 mp sensor.
