Hi I want to upgrade my seats to an electric and leather one but is it possible? Will it just be plug and play?

No it won't be plug and play more like cutting and splicing wires or replacing the whole wiring set up for the airbags for the two front seats. Most leather OEM driver and passenger seats have side air bag and the plug connected to the seat it self is different from the cloth seats. On the cloth seat there is only one plug connector which has a tab that makes the seat go up and down only on the driver side only and you have to move the seat back and forth manual with the handle for both seats, as for the leather seats it has tabs to move it back and forth and up and down and to adjust the back of the seat and there are three plugs if I'm not mistaken which are obviously total different from the cloth. What you would most likely have to do is one of the two disassemble the leather to fitted in the manual seat bracket (this is the easiest option imo) so you don't have to your about the hassle of cutting or replacing wires and just bolt both seats up. Another option is purchasing another SRS module from another accord that has/had leather leather with the airbag wiring harness ( thats if you can get one less work cause you don't have to cut wire, also it would just be easier instead of trying to figure out a way to work with the SRS module that in the current accord).

plug and play usually means there's something you can plug the harnes into...you're going to need to wire a bunch to get that working properly.

You could find coupe front seats in cloth and THEN do leather conversion from Katzkin. Coupe seats are more comfy.
