yeah, wayyyy too much like a gti.


they had a scirocco concept a while back that seemed different/better.....

they could have made it a little more exotic IMO.

looks a lil like a corrado to meh :thinking:

but teh new one is teh :boink: i like the body lines... very clean

Ryan, originally VW of America didn't want it here because they thought it would take sales away from the GTI. BUT, VW being a German company, VW of America has no freakin say in that matter, so they are selling the 2010 model in the US.

I think it's definitely got potential. The US version isn't as strong as the Euro one (no surprise there) but I think the US 4cyl will be somewhere around 150 hp, with the Deisel being around 140 hp. Not bad for a 3,000lbs car. I've also heard that the 0-60 is somewhere around 6 seconds which is respectable.

Being a former VW owner, I'm definitely curious, and I haven't even got a chance to really check out the new CC either...
