Bad decisions Evan is at it again, this time with a full car.

Recently acquired this 6speed 3G TL to be the new daily/newish car when I dont want to drive the S10 to a event, wedding, etc

I'll take some halfway decent pictures of it tomorrow and get them posted up soonish.

But it is an 05 TL 6Speed
--140k miles
--Anthracite Grey Metallic
--100% stock for the most part

Mods to do:
Tein Coilovers

Maintenance:
Front Drilled/Sloted Rotors
Wheel Studs
Low Pressure A/C Hardline

Maintenance to do:
Clutch
Flywheel
Pressure Plate
Motor/Trans Mounts
Timing Belt
Water Pump

Couldn't find the this thread is worthless without pics smily.

Lol congrats man, can never go wrong with those, that will be a great daily. 3G TL is such a ridiculously good used car value.

Interior is gray or black I'm guessing?

I still havent taken pictures of it lol. It is like the peanut butter brown interior, apparently not too many of them.

Its now about 6 months after I said I'd upload some pictures, so I will.

-As you can see here, the dash is cracked just like 90% of the other TLs out there

As for modifications, I found a Aspec Front Lip, that I will probably paint and throw on the car in Spring.

I really need to get some better pictures of this, but it's currently about to undergo a lot of maintenance, such as clutch, pressure plate, flywheel, timing belt, water pump, mounts, etc.....

Aside for maintenance, I bought Tein Coilovers for it about a week after purchasing the car, and I've put an S2000 weighted OEM knob in place of the TL one.

6 months later the clutch is still going, couldn't have been that bad haha. You doing that job yourself?

Cool color combo, I bet a thorough detail would do wonders for that interior.

ATLP made a mean exhaust for this car.

The clutch still moves, but it slips on anything over a quarter throttle now. Its getting really bad.

I need to detail the interior as well.

As for exhaust, I've been thinking of a J-pipe with either XLR8 or ATLP. We will see

That is clean AF man. Those are my favorite body style TLs. I wish I could find one.

Oh its far from clean. Not even in the ballpark. This car has exterior issues like you would not believe, but it's nothing I cannot fix. It's really the only reason that I own it lol

Took the motor/trans combo out of the car to do all the work that needs to be done. I'll put the pictures in here tomorrow. The Accord was much easier to pull the motor/trans on, but the TL has quick disconnecting fuel lines and quick disconnects for the engine harness. Which is quite nice
