i'm impressed...no graffiti and very little vandalism (if any). must be boarded up pretty tight if the scrappers and stoners havent gotten to it

When I say this place is in the hood I mean it is in the HOOD. it is pretty sketchy during the day, there's no way in hell I would go there at night. I was surprised by the lack of graffiti as well, but there were definitely some crackheads living there recently at least. We didn't see them, but we saw evidence

its surprising the drywall isn't completely torn out so the scrappers could get to the wires. given its location, its amazing its in such decent shape...
