just got my first honda, 2000 honda accord (i think lx, no vtec and sedan)
2.3L i4 (f23a5) with a 5 speed manual transmission
However that transmission has a problem, it grinds when i shift into 2nd gear from 1st
however when i downshift into 2nd gear from 3rd no grinding at all
I don't really wanna rebuild the trans or anything so i just wanna get a new one (junkyard, so new to me)
my question is what trans do i need to get f23 or h22 or something like that? im lost. any other parts i need or is it a straight bolt on? just point me in the right direction thanks
