i thought about doing the engravings in white crayon but i like the all black look on this piece. i should have gotten the xd .40 though. i have heard on the xd forums that you can buy a .40 barrel and plug it right in. so i can have a .40 and a 9

    i plan on getting a 1911 next.

some clean guns you guys got.

also edited the picture above (deleted) yea it sounds very right not to show the serial number lol. i suck

i havent looked at many 1911 but i really like the smith and wesson 1911 with the laser grips. i held it and it just has all the weight in the right places. i love it when a gun has a nice balance to it

I saw the older thread on this, but I am posting in this one. I don't currently have photos of my guns but this is what I own:

Savage Arms .22 Magnum Bolt-action rifle
    M59 w/grenade launcher & fixed bayonet (Yugoslavian SKS, 7.62 x 39mm)
    Beretta 92FS w/Hogue grip (9mm)

And my Christmas present to myself this year...Smith & Wesson M&P15 (Fires 5.56 or .223)

I use to be military. Now I'm a mercenary.

LOL I kid. If you know your guns, the M59 was built by the Vietnamese in the mid 70's after Vietnam for beefing up their militia. They ended up not needing them and they became surplus. However, after these rifles were retired part of the mech that worked the launcher was removed before they were put on the civilian market, and the grenades were taken off the market as well. So you'd have to have some serious connections and money to make the launcher work again, not to mention finding the 66mm grenade it used which is practically non-existent.

I describe it this way because it is a historic firearm and defines SKS version since there are so many variations. I definitely understand where you were coming from though. If I had a grenade launcher on my AR15 that would be HIGHLY illegal, and I hope I'd be smart enough not to tell anyone lol.
