i was literally shaking when i got out of the car because i was soo mad. ill get more pics and info later. this is all for now. according to the pics, do i look like im at fault?

i was making a u-turn and wen i was pulling out he hit me. he was going slow too. like literally 10 mph. i couldnt pull forward because there was a car in front so i just took it.

Did you get registration and have cops come and determine who was at fault? I really cant tell for that one. Sucks dude, I love your car! At least if you were at fault, it looks like you could fix it moderately easily. Just get a new quarter panel from a junk yard. (Guess from only one pic)

no lie i thought bout it. k some more info. the guy who drove it had a class A driver license and the car wasn't even his. it was some guy, i didn't ask for the relationship. the car sticker wasn't up to date. it was 2008.
