Figured I'd revisit this thread a year later, definitely did not meet my "goals" but as I became a little more educated with the car scene and my car itself, priorities changed 
Decided not to go with the civic Mugen FD2 spoiler, just didn't seem like it would look great on my car.
Instead of tinting my tail lights I got a black tail light bar (coupe trunk lid).
Didn't go lower, just didn't seem practical for how I use my car.
Definitely got more stickers for that horsepower boost haha.
Got new center caps (hey I actually completed one of my goals lol).
Decided I didn't want fogs.
Instead of a cheap catback exhaust for sound, I went with a cold air intake, my car sounds great and it's not obnoxiously loud on idle.
Working on replacing my passenger side door instead of painting over the scrape, I actually have the door and everything.
That's an update on how my goals went (did quite a few other things with my car this past year too), definitely glad I didn't do everything I listed originally but hey, things change haha
