both are very good and reputable brands, but it all depends on wat kidna drop ur looking for, the teins will give u a much more agressive drop and once it settles in, it will look very low, but the h&r's are for just a medium drop to improve the look from teh stock stance, i personally went with tanabe and i love my drop, 2 inches front, 1.5 rear, but good luck with ur decision

i think i heard H&R spring rates is a little stiffer. not sure about Tein's though. i have Eibach Pro-kits (mild drop) and i'm def. loving it.

tein s-tech is not that low.. believe me... i have 19 inch rims with tein s-tech, i have 2 fingers on the front and 1.5 fingers on the back. however, it rides very smooth...

Both are great just get which ever one you get a better deal on but I've had the H&R'S and they have to be one of the best springs for our cars the Tein's are just as good also and maybe even cheaper so you can't go wrong.

i have stechs on mine and love them so far....looks good and still rides pretty good...

i have s-techs on my accord and i love them good handling and a nice drop plus its funny to watch people try to say tein... it slays me
