I have a question about header
A header from a prelude 97-01 dc sport (ceramic) can be used in an accord
4cyl ?

Well guys I have a doubt, if I change only the high Flow Cat on my accord 4cyl and the rest exhaust in OEM , can I feel some diference in Gain HP power? or if I change as well the one better muffler for (Apexi WS, Tanabe medalion touring or any other good brand ) I understand that exist a better flow of air with this two easy changes stuff

Don't exactly follow you b/c of the wording but are you asking if you just replace the cat with a high flow and the rest of the exhaust and no header?

I don't have either, so I'm not exactly sure. From what I understand, there won't be much gain, though, if any

There will be a gain, but not much at all. Even if you get a full catback system there will be gains, but not much. That's the thing with bolt-ons. I personally think it's better if you just get everything done at once so you can feel more of a difference.
