Welcome to the site, I have the same issue with clearcoat in a few spots on mine. Not an easy car to make fast but doable, just not cheap.

Welcome to the site. My whole roof has about a patch here and there with clear left. It's a patina now.
These cars can be fast. But it takes a lot of money and time.
