What is the first thing you should do too start hooking up the car... I'm looking for speed and Handle... And what is the best setup ????

It really depends what you prefer and what you can afford.

Start with Exhaust & headers since you already have a CAI.
That'll let your car breathe better.
From there you can start with other things
