Well I just noticed this odd clunking noise today after new struts where put on. It is from the front passenger side. Almost a metal on metal clang. Now from looking at it visually it looks fine except at the top on the tower where there is that little rubber grommet. It seems as though it is upside down. The little arrows that point down on it are not there as the driver side shows (very tiny rubber arrows kinda hard to notice). Would that be the cause for that noise?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated as I have the car up on stands right now inspecting it.

Any pic, draw arrows. Also have someone bounce the car while you listen.

This works if your close. I did my ps pump noise recently that way, even if I have a real stethoscope driver was in my pocket.

In this image it is labeled as the "Damper Mounting Rubber Bushing". Its the uppermost rubber bushing. That is the part that seems to be upside down. Would that be the cause? As everything else looks fine...
