when i got my accord it was 90,000 miles ish as well. now its 130,000 with no problems, other than a few light bulbs going out. im sure some have mentioned already (and if you havent done so already) but probably get your 100,000 mile maintenance (timing belt etc) and possibly a transmission fluid/oil change.
Any questions you may have or that come to mind, try and see if they've been mentioned before and if answers exist already.
As for the car, it seems like you've had to do some work to it already. Since you got it used(like most of us do) though, you can kind of expect some $$$ to be spent in the begginging.
First i would try and find a good mechanic(unless you can do work yourself) that does honest work and not take part in suggestive selling every chance he\she gets to try and rip as much $$$ of you as they can. If you want you can save $$ by ordering parts yourself of sites such as RockAuto.com and bringing them to a shop to get installed(some shops may not offer warranty or really likes this though)
Things i'd consider checking/replacing if they are worn would be...sparkplugs, sparkplug wires, distributor cap, distributor rotor, air filter, pcv valve; also check/topup coolant, power steering fluid, brake fluid, tranny fluid, engine oil(make it a habit to check fluids when the car is on level ground and not in a slant).
Since you just got the car and i'm assuming you had the tranny fluid changed. I would make it a habit to change the tranny fluid(drain and refill with HONDA fluid only) every 9 months or roughly every 3 oil changes. Let the car warmup in mornings and go easy on the accelerator the first 3-5mins of driving. Do not floor it or etc. If you are only doing city driving consider driving the car in D3 vs D4 (if speeds are less then 40-45mph)
Get a shop/mechanic to check things like tierods, ball joints(upper and lower), endlinks, swaybar brackets, shocks and other suspension components. Ask them to inspect your gas and brake lines as well. Change your 2nd/3rd clutch pressure switches every 60k miles(they cost about 100 for both)
Common issues that occur a lot are the transmission issues, ignition switch issue, main relay overheating, DRL box needing resoldering,
Around 150000miles you will probably start experiencing p1457 evap system check engine light, p0420 check engine light
