Really **** so wat u assume i should do....

Just regular halogen bulbs. HIDs take like 30sec to warm up to their full temperature and brightness so using them as high beams (turning them on and off alot) will significantly decrease the life of the ballasts

i totally agree.... most HIDs need to warm up to their full temperature and brightness when you start up after installation for the first time....when i first started up after installing my VVME 9005 hid 6k (for high beam) in passengers side, it flickered for some seconds and a little dim, then went away and become more and more bright....

and frequently turn the high beams on and off will shut off your ballasts...
