Thread back from the dead. The 400k mark was broken at the end of December for DirtyGirl.

In all this time she's the transmission rebuilt three times. The timing belt will be done along with the next oil change. She will be getting an external ATF cooler with the timing belt job. She needs new brakes all around, so that will also be happening. Suspension has been done again. The KYB AGX struts / shocks have about 25k on them. She's still on Eibach ProKit springs. The two front seats are pretty shot and I want them reupholstered or replaced. The SSM paint has that clear coat burn off typical of Honda paint.

She may not look like much.... she looks like a beater honestly, lol .... but she gets me around everywhere I need to go. She takes all the abuse I give her willingly and doesn't bat an eye.

Awesome to see a 6GA with 400k! You may have the record haha.

My car, aside from a couple small rust areas, also has clearcoat peel in a few places so it looks as old as it is BUT like yours it has taken everything I've ever thrown at it and given me literally zero issues.

I'm on my 4th transmission. I've gone through numerous sets of tires. I have an IACV issue I'm chasing. My door locks done always work with the FOB. My passenger door when it unlocks with either the FOB or the "unlock all" button makes this loud and annoying buzzing sound. My speakers don't work (in process of buying new stereo system). I need two new front tires.

The list just goes on and on, on what she needs currently and what's been done. Despite all that, I keep her because all this maintenance, including a transmission rebuild, is STILL cheaper than a monthly car payment should I get a new car.

As we all know, Accords have built a strong reputation for long lasting durability. I've heard of 200, 300, even 400k mile Accords in some of the older generations. Yesterday I hit 150,000 on the odometer and got to thinking if there are any other high mileage 6th gens on the boards here?

Anyone with...
100k+?
125k+?
150k+?

As far as I'm concerned, she's just getting broken in at 150,000:D
I have a 2000 Accord EX with almost 350K, original engine and transmission. Still running good!!
