How do I 2 step my accord?

Hello! So I have a 2000 Honda Accord Manual with a cold air intake and an full exhaust (No cat. Only aftermarket resonator and rear muffler). I am pretty sure that I have a stock ecu (never checked) and I was wondering what do I need to be able to make my car have a 2 step?
