How do you downshift?

For all those who have manual tranny, what kind of technique you use to downshift?
heel n' toe?
rev match?
double clutch?
or just downshift and hear your engine roar!!!

i rev match all the time. down****ing 5th to 3rd at 80mph, then you floor it.....thats pretty fun...hehehe

I rev match too. Heel and toe is pretty hard, I need more practice with that. Well, when I can drive again

My accord isnt stick ,but when I do drive stick, I rev match

Heel n' toe for me suckas....got used to it from drivin the 240....

I use rev match sometimes but when i'm on the freeway I use heel and toe, especially on the curve that connects the 405 north to the 110 south.....

Well i only heal and toe when i need to do a crazy corner that needs it, but just everyday driving and going in straight lines i rev match.
