I'm usually pretty reserved or laid back but when I do get stressed or something just bothers me...

Drive, work out, batting cages, walk my dog, sit somewhere and just think - preferably in a park or on a hike, listen to whatever kind of music fits my mood. I rarely talk about it, just not something I've come to terms with yet.

I went to military school for 4 years, if anything taught me stress management it was that, I'd just walk downtown to the boxing club glove up and find someone in my weight class and do work. unfortunately I don't have my car in college right now so I just skate it off or drink it off on the weekends (sometimes).

    cry, weep, whine, isolation :(

j/k.........my method is kinda retarded but I consistently say "f*ck life" sarcastically on a daily basis.......to myself and to my friends.....they find it amusing.........I'm kinda proceeding throughout college and hardships with a "f*ck it" mentality :D

aside abnormalities, I work out, play games, spirited drives, and cruise to LA or wherever with friends........and read children's books at the library (no joke)........its all about the "art of chillin" :ownedrun:

Lol, that is me. You should hear me talk to my aunt. It's ****:
    Life
    School
    Work
    Driving
    Friends
    Woman
    You
    Me
    She
    He
    Your couch

I really need to start exercising again. It keeps down the stress with life in general, as well with my anxiety disorder. Plus, i've put on some in the last few years since i stopped skateboarding everyday for a few hours for the last 10+ years.
