If it's the radio, search, because there have been a few threads on this. In short the radio ask for a code, and you use your radio presets as the numbers (I forget how many digits it is 4-6 maybe) anyway, if you're lucky you will have a card with your manual that has the code on it, if not check the other threads there are potentials of finding it in odd spots on the car. All I did when I reset mine was I called Honda, went in, and they gave it to me. but some places will want to charge you upwards of 100 which is bull
