I remember watching something on the National Geographic channel about how it's legal to donate your organs on the black market, and is quite common in some neighborhoods.

Around here, there is a place called Pracs, that tests generic drugs against brand name drugs. It's harmless things like Claritin and blood pressure medications, etc. They will pay a few grand for a couple weekends. Here's the link to the one around here.
