If you are going to switch one to a harder material you should switch them all. One being stiff and the others being soft will most likely cause vibrations still, and, in turn, premature failure of the other mounts, or even your new one. they are meant to work together.

Richard, like slowrider said, replacing just the side mount will destroy the front/rear mounts if you keep them OEM.

Your best option would be to guy a new OEM side mount, then fill it with polyU. It will be 10x stronger, but still not overly stiff. Ideally, you would fill the front/rear as well.

Otherwise, a full set of new innovative mounts is the other sensible option.

If you're dead-set on upgrading the side only, Innovative will sell it to you separately.

oops I didn't clarify that I have a J30 engine

From what i've seen the side mount just sucks PERIOD . It doesn't have enough material for its intended purpose. I replaced all of my motor mounts at the same time about 2-3 years ago and even filled them with polyurethane. The rest of my motor mounts are fine, even the weak looking transmission one still looks brand new.. in other words the side engine mount is the weakest link and I refuse to replace it again.

I went to Innovative's site and they only sell the entire kit, unless theres something I'm missing.

But yeah, If you call innovative, they will sell you the side mount separately.
