j30a mods,cam,heads,need power gain!

CAN someone please list some internal mods I can do. cam upgrade, heads... tb spacer, plug and wires.. anything I can swap over from a j32 and if there is any mods needed to get them in. My car has 245,000 miles on It but it runs like new. So I wanna get more power. thanks

Yeah, just do the swap... and grab a 6spd while you're at it. Man, that's all I've been able to think about lately.

You need to understand the logic s of how engines work before trying to get any power out of a NA accord. And yes, even a v6.

right. You should check out v6performance.net, seeing as you specifically have 6 cylinders. Thats where ive spent most of my time talking with 'NVA-AV6' and watching every step of the way of his swaps and builds

If you are trying to keep your auto and make more power than good luck because the auto tranny sucks up 27% of your power. So 6 speed or leave it stock.

Yeah, normally an automatic wouldnt be so much of an issue. But with these cars, they cannot handle their own platform.
