Doing the 5 lug conversion was one of the most important priorities to me when building my Accords. Reason being is that I want to build this Accord from the ground up, meaning address the braking before doing my engine swap. Since the LX Accord has some of the smallest brakes ever, I decided a change was needed.

Did some research and realized that the 99-03 Acura TL & CL brake components all fit and directly bolt up to our 6th Gen Accords. Since the TL & CL brakes are much bigger than V6 brakes, it was no brainer....

Bought 99 front TL brakes & 01 rear TL brakes from a local Toronto shop called jdmengineland. Got a smoking deal on the complete assemblies with e-brake cables and all :)

Will post the full conversion in the Suspension & brakes thread

Found some 01 Acura CL 17" wheels at a wreckers about 30 mins from my house

Then about 2 days after I got my CL wheels found a set of 04 TL Base wheels at my friends tire shop. The owner who is a good friend sold them to me for $120 :party36:
