How's it going guys. New to this forum but been a car enthusiast since HS.
Traded my old ride and acquired a 1999 Accord v6 Sedan. I'm definitely a happy camper.

I am no stranger to modding cars, Ive had my fair share of both import and domestics. Before acquiring this Accord I've already knew of their transmission issues since I've owned a 2000 TL before(which I loved) but it was time for me to move from a 2 seater vehicle to something with more room and more creature comforts which I've missed. Any whoo first pic is the car I've traded. My 1991 Miata. 2nd picture is my Acura TL. Last but not least my Accord is the final picture. (pictures will be added after my 7 day probation period)

So far I've had the car about 3 weeks and done some minor additions(not pictured). Such as window visors, brand new pioneer head unit(gotta love that bluetooh), and minor repairs. (P/s High pressure hose, transmission flush, tune up).

Currently on the look out for coilovers, I would like to have a set in a month or so. Possibly d2 or the ff typ2 ? or might cheap out and get type 1. It's all still up in the air. Still debating on what look Im going for but It'll all come in due time. I hope to find some good info here and to return the favor back to my fellow 6th Gen Accord owners. Thank you for your time.

Welcome to the site, hope the Accord treats you well.

For future reference you'll want to drain and refill the transmission, never flush.

Thanks for the correction. I meant drain and refill. With the 3x3 procedure listed here in the DIY section.

Ah good. Thought maybe you meant that since you did your homework on the dicey autos these cars come with.
