I had the 1.8" on my 300D... 1.8" < 2.5" < 3.0" if it helps, all the screens are the same resolution, the menus on this cam are freaking huge.

I'm eyeing the EF-S 10-22 right now, or a Sigma 10-20 or a Zenitar 16mm, but I don't think I'll be getting new glass until after CanAm and if I can score some good POTN/CL deals.
