Looking for a tuning shop in nor cal

Just did a h22a swap now I've been looking for a shop that can tune the car I've found a few but I would like to go to the best one. I live near sacramento and near Santa Rosa so any shops near these locations woul be fine so if anyone has any suggestions I would really appreciate it

I've heard midnight performance of sac is pretty good
I know one of their guys moved here to reno recently to start his own tuning place here.

I heard they rip ppl off they charge way to much and they work slow.... Just what I heard
