Hey guys.. i'm looking to drop my 2000 LX at least hmmm lets say.. 4 inches? I want to get an adjustable coilover and springs kit for a decent price, but I don't want to get something that is gonna give my car a bad feel or a just 2" drop. So far, i've only found a skunk2 coilover kit for $259 and it looks good to me, but i'd still like to hear your guys' opinions and suggestions on this. Thanks :)

if you want a 4" drop you are gonna have to sacrifice ride quality...ksports and omni's are good choices and you'll just have to put up with the ride...and IMO the omni's are a bargain at $650...

4" is a lil overkill on our cars, the lowest our accords allow is actually just a lil over 3.5" Your going to sacrifice ride quality when there isnt even much room in the wheel well anymore for any suspension travel. So you have to run some pretty stiff rates.

I think "sacrficing ride quality" is a gross understatement. You a basically throwing it out the window. Driveability will be horrid to say the least. Outside of ridequality, you will have to plan your drives around bumps, driveways, etc. Your car will probably handle worse than stock, in a worse way, etc. Not to mention how much strain you put on by changing the suspension geometry that much. I'm not hating btw, i just hope you know what you are getting into.

if you're going with those sleeves and drop your car all the way down, more bounce to the ounce. i've had experience with those coilovers and they're really bouncy.
