modified bumper grill

Hi guys Im new in this site...Im trying to find out how i can modified my 01 accord ex coupe bumper grill...i have the grill already, i just want to know if i can do it myself or is better to pay and have a paint shop do it..

I went to home depot, bought a screen you would use for your gutter and cut/bent it and fit it on the inside of the grill. I had to take the bumper off to do so. its really subtle but I like the look.
you can always paint/plasti dip it as well as remove the honda emblem, get a different one, etc.

If you have no experience in painting the parts of your car, I think your best bet is to have it painted professionally. If you want to do it yourself, plastidip is a good option since no special prep is needed; just clean the surface really well.
